OUTDOOR Squash Court - Weatherproof, Durable, Portable

  • Materials and Construction

The court features a robust steel frame combined with tempered glass walls, wooden floor beams, and composite floor panels. The glass walls are printed with a white honeycomb pattern, offering approximately 50% see-through visibility. The back wall is fully transparent, ensuring clear visibility for spectators. A net is installed above the side and front walls and partially at the top to contain the ball during play. The court is supported by height-adjustable steel feet, allowing installation on standard concrete slabs or piers.

  • Weatherproof Design

All materials are waterproof, and the floor is designed with a perforated surface for water permeability. The structure is engineered to endure extreme weather conditions, including storms up to 12 Beaufort.

  • Modular Construction and Assembly

The court is designed for efficient assembly and disassembly, requiring only a few days for setup. All components are shipped in a single container and feature bolt-and-nut connections for easy assembly by a local contractor. The assembly process, guided by a detailed manual, can be completed within 4–5 days. A crane with a reach of at least 9 meters and a payload capacity of 300 kg is required for the installation.

  • Lighting

The court is equipped with four 150-watt fixtures mounted on top of the frame, ensuring optimal illumination for play during low-light conditions.

  • Dimensions and Weight

The court's inner dimensions comply with WSF standards. The outer dimensions are approximately 6.6 meters wide, 10 meters long, and 6 meters high, with a total weight of around 9 tons.

  • Transport

For ease of transport, the components of one or two courts fit into a 20-foot container, allowing for shipping by land or sea.
